Is Diyetçim really free?
Yes. It is completely free for specialists, businesses and clients. There are no paid tiers, no add-on modules for sale, no usage time limit and no credit card requirement.
Will it become paid later?
Today the entire platform is offered free of charge and you can access your data at any time. Should the pricing policy ever change, existing users will be notified in advance.
If it is free, is my data being sold?
No. No ads are shown on the platform and client data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing. Your data is shared only with your specialist and our technical infrastructure providers, and only as far as delivering the service requires.
What does an initial consultation mean?
It is a short introductory meeting with the expert you choose. You share your needs, get information about process planning, and decide whether to start regular follow-up.
Is my data safe?
The platform is designed to be KVKK compliant. Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and, with role-based access control, can only be viewed by authorized people.
I want to sign up as a professional (dietitian, trainer, coach) — how does the process work?
After registering, complete your company details and your dashboard opens right away. You can immediately start adding clients, creating programs, and managing appointments.
I'm not a dietitian; I'm a fitness coach, beauty center or Pilates studio. Can I use Diyetçim?
Yes. Diyetçim was designed for beauty and aesthetic centres, weight-loss and wellness centres, Pilates and reformer studios, personal trainers, sports nutrition centres and online wellness coaches just as much as for dietitians and nutrition clinics. You can use the client record, appointment, package, session, measurement and plan modules however your practice works.
Multiple experts work at my center. Can we manage everything with a single account?
Yes. The company structure lets you bring your team together under one roof for free and separate the owner, specialist and secretary roles. There is no limit on team members.
Do I have to use the diet plan module?
No. The appointment, measurement tracking, package, and messaging modules work independently; you can use only the modules you need.
How does the dietitian client tracking program work?
You add your clients to the system and manage their measurements, diet plans, appointments and session packages from a single panel. Clients see their own progress from their own panel. All data is stored in a KVKK-compliant way.
Is there an appointment and member tracking program for Pilates studios?
Yes. You can schedule one-on-one and group classes on the calendar and track member packages and remaining sessions. Capacity and make-up management for reformer and mat classes runs in the same flow.
Can I install it on my phone as an app?
Yes. Diyetçim is a web application; on iOS and Android you can add it to your home screen from the browser and use it like a native app. The installation guide is linked in the footer.
